How to use
The structure adopts slashes, which can be raised and lowered.It consists of a valve body, a valve cover, a valve plug, a handwheel, a digital display, a locking device and a test valve. The structure is novel, the operation is flexible, and the sealing is good. The method of use is as follows:
The digital display window of this valve is on the handwheel, and the dial is aligned with the number of the digital display window, which is the decimal number of each turn (the round disc on the handwheel is the dial), and the two digital display windows are side by side. The number of turns opened is shown above. For example, DN50 valve, when the digital display window below shows 1, it is aligned with the number on the dial is 0, which can be read as 2 turns: when the 0 on the dial is aligned with the 0 in the digital display window, the valve is fully closed.
When the valve is locked, insert the key (special purpose) (locking device position) into the bolt on the side, tighten it clockwise, and it can be locked; rotate counterclockwise to open.
The small valves at both ends of the inlet and outlet of the valve are used by the connection tester.
install
1.Static balance valve Must ensure that a branch pipe section of sufficient length is installed before and after the valve to ensure the rated output of the flow rate;
2.The installation location of the static balance valve should be checked in accordance with the drawings. It is recommended to install it on the return pipe of the HVAC system. At the same time, check the direction of the water flow in the pipeline and install it in strict accordance with the direction of the water flow arrow on the valve body.;
3.The static balance valve needs to be cleaned of pipeline debris before installation. It is strictly forbidden to leave welding slag, branches, stones and other debris in the pipeline to avoid damaging the valve.;
4.The pipe flange cannot cause excessive deformation during welding, and the welding angle does not affect the flatness of the sealing surface.;
5.After the static balance valve is installed, the valve should be fully opened so that the pipeline can be rinsed repeatedly until it is clean. It is strictly forbidden to close the valve repeatedly during pipeline flushing to avoid damage.
