Working principle



    Dynamic balance electric control valve is a product that integrates dynamic balance with electric and manual adjustment.It adopts a brand new design concept, so that the control valve can dynamically balance the pressure changes of the system when the pressure fluctuates during the actual operation of the system.Therefore, the flow characteristic curve of this dynamic balance electric regulating valve is consistent with the ideal flow characteristic curve when it is working, and there is no deviation.The special design ensures that the adjustment of the electric valve is only affected by the standard control signal, not by the system pressure fluctuations. Moreover, the flow rate corresponding to any opening position of the electric valve is unique and constant. For HVAC systems, this means that the amount of heat (cold) delivered by the electric valve in any adjustment position is stable.Therefore, this kind of electric valve is particularly suitable for variable flow systems with large system load changes. It has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability, stable working state and high adjustment accuracy.It avoids the disadvantage that the flow rate of the traditional electric regulating valve varies with the fluctuation of the system pressure even if it is in the same opening position.The dynamic balance electric regulating valve keeps this flow rate unchanged. When the command changes, the opening of the electric valve changes, a new flow value is set, and the balancing valve keeps the new flow rate unchanged, so that it is not affected by the outside world, and the flow rate of the unit is kept unchanged, so that the system adjustment is relatively stable.
Dynamic Balance Electric Two-Way Flange Regulating Valve      As shown in the figure below, in a variable flow system with large fluctuations in system load, when the system pressure changes, the pressure difference (P1-P3) at the two ends of the dynamic balance electric regulating valve also changes:

(1) When the inlet pressure P1 rises, (P1-P2) increases, then the electric valve spool moves upward, so that the opening between P1 and P2 decreases, and the spool pressure P2 decreases. When the inlet pressure P1 decreases, (P1-P2) decreases, then the electric valve spool moves downward, so that the opening between P1 and P2 increases, and the spool pressure P2 increases.Therefore, no matter how the pressure of the system changes, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 remains unchanged through the adjustment of the electric valve spool.Therefore, this kind of electric valve has strong anti-interference ability and has the function of dynamic balance.;

(2) When the electric actuator accepts the control signal to cause the valve shaft extension A to B to move up and down, the opening between P2 and P3 also changes.Since no matter how the system pressure difference (P1-P3) changes, the pressure difference (P2-P3) between P2 and P3 remains the same, the water flow rate corresponding to any opening position is certain, and the actual flow characteristic curve of the electric regulating valve is consistent with its ideal flow characteristic curve, and there is no deviation.Therefore, this kind of electric regulating valve has better regulating characteristics than traditional electric regulating valves.The valve opening can be adjusted manually during power failure.

Installation and commissioning of the drive:

VA3000-B/Installation steps:
1. Before installation, please check whether there is enough space left in the upper part of the actuator, which should be not less than 120mm for easy installation and disassembly.

2. Put the drive bracket on the valve connector.(See Figure 1)
1) when you hold the drive in your hand, the fixing screws are facing out
2) when the concave-convex structure of the connection is consistent
3) Install the drive in the direction of the arrow

3. Screw the lock nut into the valve stem, put on the scale indicator, and tighten the fixing screws.(See Figure 2)

4. Lift the valve stem upward and insert it into the connecting rod, turn the connecting rod to screw the valve stem into it. After adjusting the position, the effective stroke of the drive coincides with the stroke of the valve position, and use a wrench to lock the lock nut tightly.(See Figure 2)

5. Open the driver housing and connect the power cord and signal line (see the wiring diagram). Please introduce the connection cable from the inlet hole.

6. After the wiring is completed, energize the valve to close, align the closing line of the scale ruler with the scale indicator, and reliably attach the scale ruler to the drive bracket.

7. Install the shell, fix the drive, and the installation is complete.

Precautions:

1. The drive must be protected to prevent water leakage and damage to internal parts and motors.

2. The drive should not be covered by insulation materials.Do not put it in a place with direct sunlight.

3. When repairing the drive, the power supply must be turned off to prevent damage to the parts or leakage and casualties.

4. When the power supply is connected, do not try to connect or disassemble the wires.
