Anechoic check valve refers to a valve that automatically opens and closes the disc by relying on the flow of the medium itself to prevent the backflow of the medium. Characteristic use
1. The valve disc adopts the shape design of "bullet head", and the valve body adopts the shape design of "waist drum" to improve the flow direction of the medium and reduce the flow resistance coefficient.
2. The valve adopts a short structure. Although the head loss is slightly larger than that of the lifting silent check valve, it is small in size and cheap in price.
3. The structure is compact, and a non-metallic lubricating sleeve is installed between the guide shaft and the guide frame, and the disc is raised and lowered flexibly, so that there will be no locking phenomenon.
4. The skeleton-type rubber sealing ring is directly inlaid on the valve body, which avoids the direct scouring of the sealing ring by the medium for a long time, and the service life is significantly extended, which is strong and durable.
5. The opening and closing stroke of the valve disc is short, which can effectively prevent the generation of water hammer.
6. It is suitable for water supply and drainage systems, high-rise building pipe networks, and can be installed at the outlet of the pump. With a slight change in structure, it can be used as a water-absorbing bottom valve, but it is not suitable for sewage pipe networks.
Installation and use
1. Both ends of the valve passage must be blocked, and there is a dry and ventilated room.If stored for a long time, it should be checked frequently for anti-corrosion.
2. The valve should be cleaned before installation and the defects caused during transportation should be eliminated.
3. When installing, you must carefully check whether the logo and nameplate on the valve meet the requirements for use.
4. This valve is installed on a horizontal pipe, and the valve cover is upward.
