Overview :

      The body of the composite intake and exhaust valve is round and barrel-shaped. Its internal parts include

stainless steel float, stainless steel bushing, stainless steel disc, silicone plug, copper alloy guide rod, etc. The

outside is equipped with a stainless steel protective net and a stainless steel exhaust hood to prevent external

debris from entering the valve.This valve is installed at the outlet of the pump or at the highest point on the water

supply and distribution pipe or where there is air closure. It is used to exclude the air gathered in the pipe to

improve the efficiency of the pipeline and the water pump.When a negative pressure is generated in the pipe, this

valve quickly inhales external air to prevent damage to the pipeline due to the negative pressure.



Principle of action:

    When water injection begins in the pipe, the valve disc stays in the open position and performs a large amount of

exhaust; when the air is discharged, the water-accumulating float in the valve floats, and the valve disc is driven to

the closed position to stop a large amount of exhaust.When the water in the pipe is transported normally, if a small

amount of gas gathers in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level in the valve drops and the float drops.

At this time, the gas is discharged from the small hole (or micro-exhaust valve).When the water pump is stopped

and the water in the pipe is empty, or when a negative pressure is generated in the pipe, the valve disc is opened at

this time to inhale air to ensure the safety of the pipeline.
