    The 500X pressure relief/holding valve consists of a main valve, a guide valve, a needle valve, a ball valve, a
micro-filter and a pressure gauge to form a hydraulic control takeover system.It is automatically operated by hydraulic pressure, which can be used as a pressure relief valve and a pressure holding valve.When used as a pressure relief valve, the pressure of the water supply device can be maintained below the set safe value, and the water supply pressure upstream of the main valve can be maintained.

    Its working principle is that when the guide valve is adjusted to the pressure relief state, water flows through the needle valve, the main valve A, the ball valve A, the guide valve, and the ball valve B to the outlet. At this time, the main valve is in the open state.When the inlet pressure exceeds the safe value set by the guide valve, the pressure relief guide valve will automatically open, and part of the water will be released through the ball valve C to relieve the pressure on the pipeline.When the pressure returns to a safe value, the pressure relief valve automatically closes.When used as a pressure relief valve, the guide valve of each ball valve is normally open.When the guide valve is adjusted to a holding pressure state, as long as the inlet pressure of the main valve is lower than the set value of the guide valve, the guide valve will be closed.The main control room is boosted and the main valve is closed.When the upstream water supply pressure of the main valve exceeds the guide valve and discharges to the outlet, the control room opens the main valve and starts the water supply, maintaining the upstream water pressure.When used as a pressure-holding valve, the ball valve C is normally closed.

    This product uses hydraulic self-control, does not require other devices and energy, is easy to maintain, and is multi-purpose with one valve.It is widely used in high-rise buildings, living areas and other water supply pipe network systems and urban water supply projects.
