   The HVB series intelligent electric actuator and the regulating valve body constitute an electric regulating valve, which is an executive regulating mechanism in an industrial process measurement and control system.It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, water treatment, shipbuilding, papermaking, power stations, heating, building automatic control, light industry and other industries.

Installation method and precautions:
1.Reserve enough space during installation for maintenance.
2.After the control valve is installed, the wiring should comply with the national electrical construction specifications, and the wiring should be in case of power failure.
3.The drive cannot be covered by thermal insulation materials to prevent the drive from dissipating heat unfavorably.
4.Priority should be given to vertical installation. It can be installed tilted or horizontally on special occasions, but when the volume, weight, and vibration are too large, it needs to be supported and fixed.
5.Manual valves are recommended to be installed at both ends of the regulating valve for easy maintenance. The screw and gear should be maintained with butter for three to four months during use.
6.When the installation location of the regulating valve is not indicated on the design drawing, the regulating valve is generally installed on the circuit water pipe.
